Our bodies guide us to know when our thoughts, feelings, words and actions are out of balance. Our bodies give an opportunity to correct what is not balanced and help us reconnect to our true identities, our spirituality, our family, friends. We can once again find joy, love and peace in our lives; this brings the opportunity to live an abundant and spirituality fulfilled life.
